Skills Training Center prošao kroz CESO program konsultacija
Tokom 2009.
’’Skills has decided to assist SMEs to develop themselves and thereby take advantage of opportunities of this market. By helping SMEs, Skills could be making an important contribution to the Serbian economy’’
Jean-Guy Godbout
"In 2008 SKILLS and CESO entered into a partnership to enhance the already high client service standards of SKILLS in human resources training and to expand the range of services SKILLS can offer to the Serbian business community. Through a joint participatory institutional assessment, three specific areas were identified for capacity building technical assistance. CESO canvassed its roster of over 3,000 volunteer advisors to identify those with the specific specialized experience to help SKILLS build its capacity to contribute to Serbia's economic growth and job creation."
Rick McTaggart
‘’At the conclusion of the assignment, the existing ISO 9001 Quality Management System is reviewed and the SKILLS Team is positioned to move forward with the upgrade of the QMS. With an upgraded QMS, Skills is better prepared to take advantage of the benefits that are associated with an efficient management system where Key Performance Indicators provide the main area for substantial benefits.
The experience of a 37nd CESO assignment dealing with quality improvement and the ISO 9001 standard was very satisfying, gratifying and positive’’
